Update Rates Module

Overview

Occasionally, your rates with a payer may change.   A quick, easy way to update your rates without going into each payer is to use the Rates Module.  This article will quickly tell you how to update your rates in the Rates Module.
  1. Go to Rates Module.
  2. Check the box next to the code(s) you want to update.
    • If multiple codes will be updated to the same amount, checking all of these boxes will allow you to update all of them at the same time.
  3. At the top, enter the amount that you want the selected rates to be changed to, the amount that you want the selected expected revenue amounts to be changed to or the percentage that you want.
  4. Click Update for each amount that you want to update.
    • You will see the amounts change for the selected codes.  The new rate will not be saved until #5 is completed.

  5. Click Save.

The filters above the list of codes can be used to simplify your view so that you can more easily see the codes that you want to update.
