Error

Each line must have a date of admission and a diagnosis.

Description

This error message will appear in the Clients Module > Admissions tab when trying to save a client if an invalid diagnosis code was previously entered and saved instead of being chosen from the pick list

Resolution

  1. Go to the Clients Module.
  2. Click on the Admissions tab.
  3. Check both the ICD9 and ICD10 boxes at the top of the Client module.
    • This will show the admissions line with the missing diagnosis code.

  4. Click the pick list  button.
  5. Select the correct diagnosis code from the window that appears.
  6. Click Save.
