Unable to Select Program in the Time Module

Error 

When in the Time Module a staff is unable to select the program needed for entering the service line.

Description

A staff and client must have a program in common in order for it to appear in the Time Module > Add window.

Resolution

There are two areas you will need to review to be sure that programs are associated correctly with the staff and the client.

Review Staff Module
  1. Go the the Staff Module.
  2. Double-click the staff first name.
    • A new window will open.
  3. Click Programs tab

  4. Verify that the staff is associated with the program needed for the service line.
  5. Click Sace, if changes were made.
Review Client Module
  1. Go to the Clients Module.
  2. Double-click on the Client's name.
  3. Click the Program/Groups tab.

  4. Verify that the client is associated with the program needed for the service line.
  5. Click Save, if changes were made.
