Add or Edit Bed Types in Bed Management

The Bed Types setting is used to classify or categorize a bed for the purpose of assigning a bed to meet the needs of the individual. Some examples of Bed Types are: Adult Twin, Upper Bunk, Lower Bunk, Crib, Cot, etc.

Add Bed Type

It is recommended that customers set up one default Bed Type.

Click Settings in the Bed Management Module.
Click Bed Types.
Click New.
Enter the Name of the bed.
Add a Description (optional).
Check if it is Active or Default.
Click Save.

Edit Bed Types

Bed Types may not be deleted but can be modified or inactivated.

Click the Three Dots to the right of the Bed Type.
Click Edit.
Make any needed changes to the Name, Description, or if it is Active or Default.
Click Save.
