The Programs and Groups tab provides a way to associate the client with a default and additional programs, and groups, provided your agency is using the Programs Module and/or the Client Groups Module.
- Programs are listed first, followed by groups.
- If a client is in multiple programs or groups, signify this by entering a check in all the appropriate fields.
Note: Adding or removing a client to a client group in the Client Groups Module or in the Clients Module > Client Profile > Programs/Groups tab, adds or removes the client on any future group appointments. When adding or removing a client from a program or group, we recommend using the "dates" link to keep track of the date spans. If you have clients entering, discharging, and later re-entering, the dates link helps to track that history.
