This tab is used to connect a client with a contact that is listed in the Contacts Module. A Contact is another professional that works with a client, but does not work for your organization. Good examples are a social worker, police officer, or teacher. Your agency may also decide to store emergency contact information on this tab. The information contained on this screen is optional, nothing entered is used in billing.
- Then use the pick list icon to select the desired contact.
- Contacts must already exist in the Contacts Module to appear in the pick list.
- Use the New button or the edit client/contact types link to create a new or edit an existing contact without leaving the Contacts tab.
- Select the Add button to save the current entry and create a new contact row.
