Release Notes is where we review recent Product enhancements and resolved issues to help you stay up to date with the changes happening in NewCropRx v2.

 

New Features & Improvements

  • Effective Date
    • The Effective Date field now uses the Location Time Zone to match the other dates on the Compose and MedEntry pages.
  • Printed Date
    • The Printed Date is now displayed on the form generated from the Print Active Medications icon.
  • Prescriber Suffix and DEAN
    • Prescriber suffix and DEAN are now updated dynamically to reflect changes in the EHR. 
  • Real Time Benefits
    • Adjusted the Real Time Benefits messaging to improve response rates.
  • Add Diagnosis
    • The Add Diagnosis is now hidden on the Sig Builder and ePA selection if the account is configured to disable diagnosis edit.
  • Surescripts Drug History
    • The dispense form is now displayed for freeform medications imported from Surescripts Drug History.
  • Benefits Information
    • Removed the older Benefits Information section that was displayed on the Drug Review page.
  • Customer Maintenance Portal Appearance
    • Updated font and layout in Customer Maintenance Portal. (No changes made to Customer Maintenance Portal functionality.)

 

Defect Fixes

 

  • EPCS Registration
    • Corrected a bug that could interrupt EPCS registration.
  • Surescripts Drug History
    • Corrected an issue that could prevent coverage and Surescripts Drug History from being displayed. Establishing patient eligibility matches should now be more consistent.
  • Extended Sig Directions Modal
    • The Extended Sig directions modal now can be saved and closed. This bug displayed when a pharmacy did not support extended sig directions.
  • EPCS Admin Page
    • Corrected subscription links on the EPCS Admin page.
  • Replace Feature
    • Corrected an issue that could cause the Replace feature to add a new row on the Active Medication list, rather than truly replacing the original medication.
  • Allergies
    • Corrected a bug that could cause duplicate display of certain allergies.
  • Pharmacy Information
    • Corrected an issue that could clear the pharmacy information after the edit of a prescription that was dispensed in-house.
  • Favorites Maintenance
    • Corrected an object reference error that could be shown when editing a favorite on the Favorites Maintenance page without a selected doctor.
