Overview
Once an Individual Video Session appointment is created, you'll have the ability to begin or join a session from the Appointments module, your staff dashboard or the client's dashboard.
Appointments Module
- Go to the Appointments module, find the video session appointment & click on it.
- There will be a video camera icon next to the time of the appointment, indicating that this is a video session appointment.
- 1 minute before the video session appointment, the Begin Video Session or Join Video Session button will be enabled.
- To begin the video session, click the Begin Video Session or Join Video Session button.
NOTE: A video session is only counted against your subscription when you and a second participant successfully connect together for a session.
Your Staff Dashboard
- Go to your Home module to view your staff dashboard.
- 1 hour before the video session appointment, the Status of Video Session or Join Video Session will change to a link to Begin Video Session or Join Video Session.
- To begin the video session, click the Begin Video Session or Join Video Session link.
Client's Dashboard
- In the Clients Module, click on the client's number link to go to the client's dashboard.
- 1 hour before the video session appointment, the Status of Video Session will change to a link to Begin Video Session.
- To begin the video session, click the Begin Video Session or Join Video Session link.
IMPORTANT: When ending a video session, be mindful of how you end it. Clicking End Session will close the session for all attendees. Clicking Leave Session will leave the session open but remove yourself from it.
