After reviewing this page, you will have the knowledge to log in for the first time as well as set your personal password and test it.

Setup Your Personal Password 

1. Go to app.procentive.com.
2. Enter the username provided to you.
3. Enter the password provided to you.
   • This is just a temporary password, you will be creating your own very soon.
4. Click Log in.
   
5. Enter your Old Password. 
   • The temporary password you just entered. 
6. Enter your New Password.
7. To confirm your password, enter your new password again. 
8. Click Change to see the magic happen.

Test Your New Password

1. Click Log Off in the upper-right portion of the screen.
   • The system will return you to the initial login screen.  
2. To confirm your new password works, enter your username and new password and click Log in.
