Overview
Once a service line has been billed, you are unable to edit that service line in the Time Module where the service line originated. When you need to make a change to a service line in order to resend a claim, the Change Time Window is where you will change the service line information.
Links to the Change Time Window are conveniently placed throughout Procentive to allow for more efficient workflow. You can find a Change Time Window in the following locations.
Change Time Window
Payments Module
- Click on Payments Module.
- Double-click on the client's name to open.
- Click on the date link in the DOS column.
- The Change Time window will open.
- The Change Time window will open.
ERA Module
- Click on ERA Module.
- Double click on the line with the ERA you would like to open (or click on the blue File Name).
- Click the Payment Entry Mode radio button in the upper left corner.
- Click on the claim number.
- Click on the date link in the DOS column.
- The Change Time window will open.
- The Change Time window will open.
Collections Module
- Click on Collections Module.
- Click the blue underlined open link on the row you want to view.
- Click the blue underlined Date of Service link.
- The Change Time window will open.
Electronic Module
- Click on Electronic Module.
- Click the blue underlined Invoice link next to the payer in which you want to view.
- The Invoice window will open.
- Double-click a row under Time tab that you want to view.
- The Change Time window will open.
Time Module
There are only rare instances where you would access the Change Time Window here to make a change, such as attaching a document prior to sending the claim.
Important: Never update information in the Change Time window if this service line has not yet been billed.
- Click on Time module.
- Click on a blue underlined date of service in the Date column.
- The Change Time window will open.
