Create an NSF/Stop Payment Fee Code (Procentive)

Overview

If you wish to pass on any extra NSF fees to the client, you will need to create an NSF code.

NSF/Stop Payment Fee Code

Go to the Codes module.
Click Add.
Go to the Codes tab
- Name: NSF/Stop Payment Fee
- Number: Any number works (ex. NSF01)
Go to the Billing tab.
- Allow override of time/units ratio: set to Always 1 Unit.
- Always private pay: set to Yes.
Go to the Rates tab.
- Custom rate allowed: set to Yes.
  - This will cause an extra field to appear in the Time/Add window.
Click Save.
