Overview
Learn to remove future scheduled appointments, but keep past recurring series on the calendar as a record.
End Appointment Recurrence
These instructions allow you to keep the past appointments of the recurring series on the calendar as a record (which Procentive recommends).
- Click on the Appointments Module.
- Double-click to open the recurring appointment.
- Click on the Recurrence tab.
- Change the field Last Date to the date of the last appointment that the client attended.
IMPORTANT: Do not switch the radio button to None or change the Number of Weeks to 0!
- Click Save.
- A recurrence pop-up window will appear.
- A recurrence pop-up window will appear.
- Choose Change All Appointments.
