Error
Each line must have a date of admission and a diagnosis.
Description
This error message will appear in the Clients Module > Admissions tab when trying to save a client if an invalid diagnosis code was previously entered and saved instead of being chosen from the picklist .
Resolution
- Go to the Clients Module.
- Click on the Admissions tab.
- Check both the ICD9 and ICD10 boxes at the top of the Client module.
- This will show the admissions line with the missing diagnosis code.
- This will show the admissions line with the missing diagnosis code.
- Click the pick list button.
- Select the correct diagnosis code from the window that appears.
- Click Save.
