Overview
This articles goes over the new Hide Client Balance setting for Client Portal. This is an agency-wide setting and cannot be turned on and off on a client-by-client basis.
New Hide Client Balance Feature
- Go to the Client Portal Manager module.
- Click on the blue client portal settings link in the top right corner.
- Locate the Modules section, and under the Payments sub-section is the new Hide client balance setting.
- Set this to No and this will prevent the client from seeing their balance in Client Portal.
- Set this to Yes and this will allow the client to see their balance in Client Portal.
- Click Save Changes.
