Reviewing Tips
Online Version
- Make sure the document contains everything per your interpretation of your licensure needs.
- Are all elements from your original present?
- Are the questions worded the same as the original?
- Is it laid out in a simple and easy to use format?
- Is the title correct?
- Are there any spelling errors?
- Are the signatures set up correctly?
- Are the signature locking the correct data?
- If dataflow is setup, is the data working correctly?
- Fill in all narratives and fields before previewing the print version to see full formatting.
Print View
- Make sure the document contains everything per your interpretation of your licensure needs.
- Is the title correct?
- Is your logo/header included?
- Are all of the elements from the original present?
- Is it easy to read?
- Are there any spelling errors?
- If it was requested that a field be hidden when it not filled in on the online version (often referred to as HINFI), is this happening?
