Review Available Clinical Documents (Procentive)

Learn how to review the clinical documents that are available in your database.

1. Click on the Clinical/Charting module.

2. Click Add.

   • A document selection window will appear.

   • This is a current listing of the available documents in your database.

3. Client: Click on the picklist button to the far right to select a client.

   • This window will provide a listing of clients in your database.

4. Choose a client name.

   • When testing, please use a testing client such as Test A Client.

5. Program:  If applicable, select a program from the drop-down.

   • Program may or may not be required based on your database.

   • If you are testing dataflow, be sure to use the same program.

   • If the chosen client is not associated with a program, none will be available.

6. Click the radio button to the left of the clinical document you want to review.

7. Click OK.

   • A new window will open that includes the online version of the clinical document for you to review.

Online vs. Print View

There are two components to your clinical documents:

• Online Version: The goal of the online version is to be easy to fill out and provide the most options possible.
• Print View: The goal of the print view is to look professional and contain the needed information for the printed version of the document.
  • Once a clinical document is saved the print option will be available in the lower-left corner of the document.
  • There can be more than one print view.
