Overview
This article will guide you through the steps to sign a clinical group note.
Signing Group Notes
- Go to the Time Module.
- Create a Group service entry.
- After you click to Save the group, a clinical documents window will appear.
- If you aren't adding a Group service entry in Time, please review how to Create a Group Note Without a Service Line.
- Select the desired group document.
- Click Ok.
- Complete all fields on the document and click sign all related group docs at the top.
- Enter your digital signature password.
- Select the desired signature field from the drop-down.
- Some documents have multiple signature field options depending on who can or should be signing off on the document. Be sure to select the correct one for your relationship to the document.

- Click Save.
