Overview
This feature allows you to create a range of eligibility dates for clients. This removes the need to immediately inactivate payers, which can be helpful during transitional periods.
Adding Eligibility Dates

Click on the Clients Module.

Open the client’s profile.

Select Payers tab and ensure you have the correct payer in the drop-down.

Select the Eligibility Dates sub-tab.

Enter in the From and To dates.

You can also enter the Member Identifier, but at this time the Member Identifier in the sub-tab will only be for reference, as the information will not go on the claim.

Click Add.

Click Save.
