Overview
Adding Telehealth (2) as a Place of Service only takes a couple of quick steps. Follow the steps below to be set up to provide this valuable service to your clients.
Settings Module
- Go to the Settings Module > Setup tab.
- Scroll about halfway down to the setting Places to Use.
- Hold down the Ctrl key & click on Telehealth (2).
- Click Change.
Payers Module
- Go to the Payers Module > Places tab.
- If no places of services are highlighted, then all will be allowed.
- If some of the places of service are highlighted, then follow these steps to add Telehealth (2).
- Hold Ctrl & click on Telehealth (2).
- Click Save.
Time Module
- When adding a service line, the Place of Service will most likely be in the Main tab.
- If you don't see it there, it will be in the Miscellaneous tab.
- If you wish to move it to the Main tab, use the customize link to change the layout.
