Obtain Direct Addresses From Inpriva
In order to use the Direct Messaging functionality in the Messaging Module, your agency must first obtain a Direct Address from Inpriva for your respective staff. Please submit a ticket to Procentive Support and Procentive will make a referral to Inpriva for you. You will then be contracted by Inpriva. If you do not have permission to send a ticket to Procentive, you will need to request this from your agency's Procentive Champion.
NOTE: There is a one-time set-up fee per database.
Your staff will also need to have the Direct Messaging permission enabled.
