NOTE: This report will include only allocated payments for the selected date range(s).
You will first need to assign permission for this report by editing the applicable roles. If you are not familiar with editing staff roles, please review this support article: Change Permissions (Edit a Role).
- Determine where or how a payment has been applied.
- Determine amount of payments allocated for a specific code, staff, payer, location, program, or client group.
- Locate allocated payments based on date payment posted, date payment created, date invoiced, date of service, or any combination of these date ranges.
- Determine which staff created a specific payment
- Select more than one date range at a time.
- Export to Excel
|1||Format||Select the desired format to display the report: HTML or Excel|
|2||Group by||Group by allows you to sort and sub-total the data based on the selection.|
|3||Date Payment Posted||Use this filter to select payments based on the payment's posting date.|
|4||Date Payment Created||Use this filter to select payments based on the date the payment was created.|
|5||Date of Invoice||Use this filter to select payments based on the invoice date.|
|6||Date of Service||Use this filter to select payments based on the Date of Service.|
|7||Clients||Leave blank for all clients or click on the pick list to select one or more specific clients.|
|8||Codes||Leave blank for all codes or click on the pick list to select one or more specific codes.|
|9||Staff||Leave blank for all staff or click on the pick list to select one or more specific staff.|
|10||Payers||Leave blank for all payers or click on the pick list to select one or more specific payers.|
|11||Location||Select [All] or only desired locations. Location is based on the location selected on the service line. To select multiple locations hold down the Ctrl key (Command on Mac) and click to highlight.|
|12||Program||Select [All] or only desired programs. Program is based on the program selected on the service line. To select multiple programs hold down the Ctrl key (Command on Mac) and click to highlight.|
|13||Client Group||Select [All] or only desired client groups. Client Group is based on the client group selected on the service line. To select multiple client groups hold down the Ctrl key (Command on Mac) and click to highlight.|
|14||Group Payment By Payment Reference||Check this box to group payments together based on the Payment Reference. If one of your Group by filters is already set to Payment Reference this box does not need to be checked.|
|15||Only Show Amount of Invoice on First Line (When there are multiple payment for one service line)||Check this box to display the invoiced amount only once if a bill line has more than one payment reference used to allocate payments made to the bill line.|
|16||Fields||Select each desired field to display on the report. Select more than one field by holding down the Ctrl (Command on Mac) key and clicking the desired field option to appear.|
