Error Message
This client has no payer.
Description
This error is found in the Time module on a service line if the client hasn't had a payer entered in the Clients Module, all payers are inactive, or the payer was added after the service line was saved.
Resolution
- Go to the Clients Module or click on the client's name link on the service line.
- Click the Payers tab.
- Click Add.
- A new window will open.
- A new window will open.
- Select the client's payer and click OK.
- Enter the payer's information (Group Policy ID, Individual Policy ID, Client's Relationship to Insured, etc.).
- Click Save.
Important: Once the cause of an error has been resolved, the original service line must be re-saved in the Time Module by double-clicking on the service line anywhere that is not a blue link (i.e. staff's name) to open and clicking Save once again. If the cause of the error has been resolved then the error will no longer appear in the Time Module.
