When a ticket is created from within a specific record in Procentive, ie. a client record, clinical note, ERA, etc, you will see a red ticket icon where the ticket originated from. This allows for quick and easy access to the ticket.
Where does the red icon appear?
The red ticket icon will appear when a ticket has been created within a specific record window. The red ticket icon will then appear on that main modules screen. These modules include Appointments (all views except monthly), Billing, Clients, ERA, Payments, and Time.
NOTE: The red ticket icon will only appear if the ticket is open. Once the ticket has been closed the icon will disappear.
Who can see the red icon?
Only the staff who have permission to see the area within Procentive in which the ticket was created, ie: the specific client in the Clients module, and are assigned or associated with the ticket will be able to see the red ticket icon.
How do I use the red ticket icon?
- Locate the red ticket icon.
- Click on the icon.
- Click the link that appears, showing the ticket number and name.
