Overview
This article will provide instructions on how to mass associate staff to a ticket.

Mass Associate Staff to a Ticket
- Click Mass Associate in a new or existing ticket.
- Select either a Staff Group or a Role to populate the list of staff.
- The staff name(s) will then appear in the Staff to associate box.
- The staff name(s) will then appear in the Staff to associate box.
- Select the staff you want to associate in the Staff to associate box.
- Click Associate Staff.
- Click X to close the window.
- Check the box by any staff that you want to alert to the ticket in the Associated/Waiting on field.
