Procentive has encountered an error.

Description

A generic Procentive Error can appear anywhere within Procentive and is caused by either a momentary issue or a coding issue.

Close the Error window.
Try again to complete the task which caused the error to initially appear.
- If the error no longer appears, no further steps are needed.
- If the error continues to appear, proceed to step 3.
Click the Show Details button on the Error window.
Copy the coding information that appears.
Send a ticket to Procentive with the following information.
- The coding information from the Details on the Error window.
- Specific click-by-click instructions for the Support Desk to follow to make the error appear. This includes modules, links, clients, etc. The more specific instructions provided, the faster Procentive will be able to resolve the issue.
