If you are missing an ERA for more than seven days since the payment was received or if you have been receiving ERAs and they suddenly stopped, please provide the following information in a Ticket to Procentive.
Submit a ticket to Procentive with the following information.
- Payer name
- Payer ID
- Check/EFT number
- Payment date
- Payment amount
- Tax ID and NPI referenced on the remit
- Upload a copy of the check to the ticket.
- Upload a copy of the paper EOB to the ticket.
- Any additional information pertaining to the missing ERA to help us work with the clearinghouse on your behalf.
NOTE: Please allow the payer 6 weeks to send the first ERA if a new ERA request has been submitted.
