Overview
To receive ERA’s, we request a connection from Procentive and our clearing houses to the payer. To ensure that the set up is done properly to integrate with Procentive, we will take on filing those applications for you.
Submit a ticket to Procentive
Provide the following information for the payer:
- Payer name
- Payer ID number
Provide the following information pertaining to your contract with the payer:
- Agency name
- Billing name (if different than agency name)
- Billing address
- Tax ID number
- NPI(s)
- PTAN (if requesting Medicare Pt. B)
Provide the following information for a staff member with the authority to sign documents:
- Name/Title
- Phone number
- Fax number
Next Steps:
We apply for the applicable ERAs for you. If additional paperwork or signatures are required, we will attach them to the open ticket. Please complete or sign the paperwork within five business days.
- Once all steps have been completed, you can expect to see ERAs arrive in the system in about six weeks.
