Ticketing Module (Special Release)
- Added checkboxes to indicate/flag when PHI has been entered.
- When creating a new ticket there is a checkbox above the Description box titled "The description contains PHI". For tickets you are sending to Procentive, please check this box if the Description contains PHI.
- When commenting on a ticket there is a checkbox below the Comment box titled "Contains PHI". For tickets sent to Procentive, please check this box if the comment contains PHI.
- When creating a new ticket there is a checkbox above the Description box titled "The description contains PHI". For tickets you are sending to Procentive, please check this box if the Description contains PHI.
- Added new feature for satisfaction survey upon ticket completion.
- For tickets sent to Procentive, an email will be sent to the ticket upgrader once the status of the ticket is changed to "Complete". This email contains a one-question survey regarding your satisfaction with the specific ticket.
- Please respond to the survey when you receive it. The responses are reviewed by Procentive staff so we can continue to improve your experience.
HIPAA Tip: The Title of tickets should still never contain PHI since they are included in email notifications.
