New Features
Appointments Module
- Logs for appointment reminders for clients sent via SMS now display the time zone CT.
- Appointments with the status "Rescheduled" will now trigger the waitlist feature.
Collections Module
- Client notes that are setup to also show in payments are now displayed in the Collections Module.
In-Office Kiosk
- Confirmation screen is now displayed after all forms are completed.
Messaging Module
- Messages received from a client via the Portal will now show the client number in addition to the client name.
Portal
- A pending invite for a client will prevent the system from sending additional invites.
- Invites now use the same email address as other Portal notifications.
Housekeeping
- System optimization of Report 1020.
- System optimization of Report 6330.
- Settings Module now displays the character limit for SMS messages as a reminder.
- Updated instructions for Settings Module > Language Tab.
