New Features

Replaced old NPS Survey (quarterly pop-up survey) with a new "Leave Feedback" survey located at top of Modules list.

Order printed reminders by time to accommodate multiple appointments on the same date.

Payers Tab > Authorizations Sub-Tab > Notes column now changes color as expected when there is at least one note on the authorization line.

Resolved intermittent issue with PDFs not displaying when sent/received via Direct Message.
