Overview

The Faxes Module is the central location where received faxes will be located until they have been processed. This article is a brief overview for Procentive RCM customers on how to use the Faxes Modules.

Viewing Faxes

Go to the Faxes Module.
Select the view option that you want to review.

Received Faxes

Shows the faxes that you have received along with the information about the fax in the column headers.

Review a Fax

Double-click on a fax to open and view the PDF version of the fax.

Print a fax

In the PDF of the fax, click the printer icon or hold down Ctrl (Command on Mac) + P.

Add a Note to a Fax

In the PDF of the fax, enter a note in the Notes field and click Save.
Close the fax window.

Archive a fax

Check the box located in the Archived column. This will indicate that this fax has been reviewed and no longer needs attention.
- To view all faxes including archived faxes, check the box show archived.
- To exclude archived faxes from view, uncheck the box show archived.

Determine Fax Number

Click the Phone Numbers link.
- A new window will open.
Click the fax name and number in the left column to see its details at the right.
