Overview
Each user can choose if they would like to receive email notifications when they receive a new message in Procentive. This article will explain where to customize this settings.
Set Up Email Notifications for Messages
- Go to the Settings Module.
- On the Preferences tab, locate the Receive e-mails when a message arrives:
- Choose Yes or No
- Click Change.
NOTE: The e-mail will be sent to the email address listed for this staff in the Staff Module.
