Overview

Prior to searching and posting you will want to Sign up for the ProCare User Community or you can go directly to the site.

Search Existing Topics

Type your topic or question into the search box.

Read an Existing Article

Click on the article title to open and read about related topics others have posted.

Respond to a Question

1. Click on the article title.
   • A new page will open to that article.
     
2. Click on Click here to add a comment.
3. Enter your reply.
4. Click Post reply.

Post a New Question

1. Click +Add a new one to post your questions for other users to respond.
   • A new window will open.
2. Type in content for each field:
   • Header: Enter your question or topic (example: Medication Management).
   • Descriptions: Enter details about your question or topic (example: How are other agencies documenting medications and managing  this process?).
   • Post in: Choose the option / what are you posting (example: Questions).
   • Category: Choose the applicable topic category (example: E-Prescribing or Clinical Charting).
3. Click Post.
