View SMS Delivery Confirmation (Procentive)

Overview

Confirmation of appointment reminders sent via text to a client can be verified within the appointment.  Here, you will be able to see the time/date the message was sent, to which number, the delivery status from the carrier, the message sent & the reply to the message, if one was given. 
 

SMS Delivery Confirmation

To verify the message sent:

  1. Go to the Appointments Module.  
  2. Double click on the appointment in question to open it.
  3. Click the reminder link.

  4. Here, you will see the following information:

    • The ? after the deliver status will display a legend of Delivery Status From Cell Carrier descriptions.
