This article will define the setting options for Alternate Code Display in the Settings Module.
Task Description
Settings Module > Setup tab > Alternate code display.
This setting controls what codes display in drop-down menus in the Time Module when adding Individual & Group service lines. This doesn't apply to the Residential Calendar. Note: Group Time Add settings will further filter what codes are displayed.

| A | No | This setting is not recommended. |
| B | Codes with auths | This setting will pull in codes with an auth attached to them in the Clients Module. |
| C | Codes with auths + Codes for non-primary payers | This setting will pull in codes with an auth attached to them in the Clients Module plus codes with a rate assigned to them in the non-primary payers for the client. |
| D | Codes with auths + Codes for all payers | This setting will pull in codes with an auth attached to them in the Clients Module plus codes with a rate assigned to them in all payers for the client. |
