Can I use the Client Portal on a mobile device?
It is recommended that you access the Client Portal on a desktop computer, laptop computer or on a tablet. If you access the Client Portal on a mobile device, it may not function as desired.
What is the best browser to use on an Apple device?
Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing the Client Portal, however on an Apple device, Safari may provide better functionality.
Can use the same email address to receive notifications for multiple Client Portal accounts?
Yes, that is totally ok to have the same email address in multiple client profiles. For example, if you are the parent of two clients, the same email address can be associated with both of your children. The email address is used solely for sending notifications.
NOTE: You will NOT want to use your email address as the username for a Client Portal account. Usernames can only be used once. It is suggested that you choose a unique username specific to each child that you can easily remember. The password can be the same for all accounts.
Can I start filling out a clinical document and come back to finish it later?
No. Once you begin filling out a clinical document, you will need to complete it and sign it. Incomplete documents are not saved. The link in the email notification can only be used once as well so if you start filling out a clinical document and can't finish it, the document will have to be sent to you again.
What is the best way to sign a clinical document?
If your device has a touch screen, use your finger to sign it.
If you are signing with a mouse, be sure to hold down the button on the mouse and drag the mouse to sign.
How do I submit a clinical document once I've completed and signed it?
Once you've completed and signed the clinical document, click the Next button at the bottom left to submit it to the agency.
