This report shows details of electronic payments processed through Vantage. You are able to run the report by the date payments are posted, the date payments are created, one or multiple clients, one or multiple staff and payment fund status, allocated or unallocated.
To give a role permission to see this report,
- Go to the Staff module > Role tab > Edit Roles.
- In the search for permissions field, enter vantage.
- Check the box for 1562 Vantage ePayment Report.
- Click Change Role.
- Repeat for all roles that need this permission.
Columns in the report include:
- Client/Payer
- Date Payment Posted
- Date Payment Created
- Amount (of payment)
- Per Transaction Amount
- Rate (%)
- Total Fee = Per Transaction Amount + Rate
- Net Amount = Amount - Total Fee
- Payment Created By
- Payment Reference
- Electronic Confirmation #
- From Appointment?
- Allocated?
