Beginning in May 2022, Procentive will begin requiring agencies to have one Location in the Locations module.
Procentive will be reaching out to current customers having no locations to coordinate the execution of an automated process to add Default Location to the Locations module and associate records across their database. The Default Location address and phone details will be populated directly from details in the Settings module > Setup tab. After the automated entry of the Default Location, the name and details may be updated within the Locations module by an authorized staff to suit your company's needs.
Below is an outline of the module changes that staff will see as well as any advised permission changes. Modules that are not impacted have been excluded from this list.
Appointments Module
- All Appointments will be associated with Default Location.
- Default Location will be pre-selected when viewing or adding appointments, viewing or setting up Availability, viewing or adding Resources and in Add to waiting list or View waiting list.
Permissions Impact:
- Champions are advised to add the ‘See all Locations’ permission, within the Appointments module permissions section, to staff roles ahead of implementation (see image below):
Clients Module
- All clients will automatically be associated with the Default Location.
- The Clients module Location filter will be present and will default to Default Location.

Client Groups
- Client Groups will not be automatically associated with Default Location and may be manually associated if needed.
- A Location filter will display and Default Location will be available to select when creating a new Client Group.
Contacts Module
- Contacts will not be automatically associated with Default Location and may be manually associated if needed.
- Default Location will be available to select when creating a new contact.
Resources Module
- Existing Resources will be associated with Default Location.
- Default Location will be pre-selected when adding a new Resource.
Settings Module
- The Billing tab will include a setting for a Billing Location and will automatically default to Default Location.
Staff Module
- Existing staff will be assigned to Default Location.
- Default Location will be available for selection when adding a new staff.
- A Locations tab is added in the Staff module.
Time Module
- Existing Time records will be assigned to Default Location.
- In the Time module, there will be a Location filter that will default to [All].
- Individual Time Add will display an option for Location and default to Default Location.
- Group Time Add will display an option for Location and default to Default Location.
- When creating a Residential Calendar, there will be a Location filter that will default to [none].
