Prescribers can document that a patient has No Known Drug Allergies (NKDA) from the Compose Rx tab, the Med Entry tab, or the Problems tab.

NKDA: Compose Rx & Med Entry Tabs
- Navigate to the Compose Rx or Med Entry tab.
- Click the NKDA checkbox in the Allergies section.
NOTE: The NKDA checkbox only displays when there are no documented allergies.
NKDA: Problems Tab
- Navigate to the Problems tab.
- Click the +Add button in the Allergies section.
- Type No Known in the Search Allergies field.
- Click the Allergy Search button.
- Select No Known Drug Allergies from the Allergy list.
- Click the Save Allergy button.
