Assign Staff
- Go to Bed Management >Setup.
- Go to the level to which you want to add staff.
NOTE: Staff may be added to any level. Assigned staff will be inherited by all child levels.
- Click the three dots to the right of the level.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Staff section > Assigned Staff field, and begin typing a staff's name.
- Staff options will populate a list.
- Click on the staff name to assign them to the level.
- Continue until all staff are added.
- Click Save.
Remove Staff
- Go to Bed Management >Setup.
- Go to the level to which you want to remove staff.
NOTE: Inherited staff may not be removed unless removed from the parent level. - Click the three dots to the right of the level.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Staff section > Assigned Staff field, and click the X next to the staff you want to remove.
NOTE: If you do not see an X next to the staff name, this means that they are assigned to a parent level and need to be removed at that level.
- Click Save.
