View Client Bed History or Bed History (Procentive)

  In order to access these settings, you will need permission to Access the Bed Management module.

 

At times, it may be helpful to see the bed history of a specific client or the history of a specific bed.

 

Click the tabs below to expand the information on each tab.

 

Client Bed History

  1. Navigate to the occupied bed.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the bed.

  3. Click View Client History.
  4. The Client Bed History log will display at the bottom of your screen, including:
    • Date & Time of the activity
    • Activity
    • Location
    • Building
    • Intermediate (level)
    • Room
    • Bed
    • Assigned/Removed by (staff)

View Bed History

  1. Navigate to the bed, occupied or not.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the bed.

  3. Click View Bed History.
  4. The Bed History log will display at the bottom of your screen, including:
    • Date & Time of the activity
    • Program
    • Occupant Type
    • Occupant Name
    • Primary Staff
    • Assigning Name
