6:45 - How do I distinguish between Patient and Automatic requests?
- Automatic Requests (Pharmacy Requests) will be listed under the Tasks tab.
- Patient Refill Requests will mostly be under the Pending Rx if a Nurse has queued it up for you.
7:29 - Requests for renewals are incorrect.
- If it is a Pharmacy request that is incorrect, you can deny it or replace it from the Tasks tab.
- If it is a patient request that is incorrect, from Pending Rx > click Edit and make the appropriate changes.
11:14 - There are a bunch of old renewal requests, what do I do?
- If there are old (not active) renewal requests in your Tasks tab, contact Support and they can clear those old ones out for you.
