7:25 Refill and Change Requests that will not allow me to take action
- May be due to NewCrop not being able to match the patient on the request with the patient in NewCrop. To manually match the patient, click the patient name > scroll to the bottom of the page > enter the patient's name to search for that patient. Once located, manually match it.
- If the patient can't be matched, click Deny > select a Denial Reason > click Deny.
- A new prescription will need to be sent for that medication.
