NewCrop Location Alignment Between Prescribers & Non-Prescribers (Procentive)

Procentive is working to automate communicating locations with NewCrop.

At this time, to align locations with prescribers, non-prescribers and NewCrop, the following two methods are available:

Prescribers can remedy the disconnect by following these steps:

1. Go to their staff profile in the Staff module > Location tab > set their Default Location to a location.
2. Click Save.
3. Go to the ePrescribe module, select any client.
4. Click Connect.
5. Once NewCrop loads, syncing the location, log out of Procentive.
6. Go to back to their staff profile in the Staff module > Location tab > set their Default Location to another location.
7. Click Save.
8. Go to the ePrescribe module, select any client.
9. Click Connect.
10. Once NewCrop loads, syncing the location, log out of Procentive.
11. Repeat steps 6-10 for each location that will need to be synced with NewCrop.

This Process will register the Prescriber in NewCrop for each location so that they display for each staff with the Admin role who needs to pend Rx's for that Prescriber.

Non-prescribing staff can remedy the disconnect and access a Prescriber in NewCrop by following these steps:

1. Go to their staff profile in the Staff module > Location tab.
2. Set their Default Location to the same location as the Prescriber's Default Location.
3. Click Save.
4. Log out of Procentive.
5. Log back into Procentive.

The staff will now see the Prescriber in NewCrop.
