Pre-work: The links below will assist you in completed the following two action items.
Record Client Attendance
- Go to Bed Management > Attendance.
- Select the Location(s) you will mark attendance for.
- Select the Date for which you are taking attendance.
- Attendance can be taken for the present date or a historical date.
- Click Filter to use the Filter Options to further narrow your view if needed.
- Open up the view so that beds are visible.
- For each assigned bed, on the right, use the drop-down menu to select an Attendance Status.
- The drop-down menu will say Attendance in gray, meaning that no Attendance Status has been selected.
- The drop-down menu will say Attendance in gray, meaning that no Attendance Status has been selected.
- Once an Attendance Status is selected, it can be removed by clicking on the X next to the Attendance Status.
- Click Yes, Remove Attendance when prompted.
- The drop-down menu will now reset to say Attendance in gray.
- Click Yes, Remove Attendance when prompted.
- Once an Attendance Status is selected, it can be changed by clicking the arrow to open the drop-down menu.
View Client Attendance
- Go to Bed Management > Attendance.
- Set any of the following filters before searching:
- Location drop-down menu

Filter icon to open the filter panel containing the following options:
- Bed Status
- Occupancy Status
- Reservation Status
- Active Status
- Program
- Bed Type
- Length of Stay - only numeric entries allowed.
- Tags - start typing a tag and a list of options will generate. Will allow multiple entries.
- Assigned Staff - at least three characters need to be entered to generate options. Will allow multiple entries.
- Click Apply after any Filter Options are selected.
- Date field
- In the search field, enter one of the following:
- The name or partial name of an individual; client or dependent.
- The client number.
- Once at least three characters are entered, results will automatically begin to show below.
