Overview
When auto-fill settings are enabled in the Chrome browser, this can cause some fields within Procentive to auto-fill with incorrect data, most often within clinical documents and staff username or password fields. Procentive recommends disabling auto-fill settings and this article will show you how to do this in the Chrome browser.
Disable Auto-Fill
- Open the Chrome browser.
- Click the Chrome menu.
- Click Settings.
- On the left, click Autofill.
- Click Passwords.
- Turn off both Offer to save passwords and Auto Sign-in.
- No websites should be listed under Saved Passwords.
- If you have saved your Procentive password, click the more button at the right and select Remove.
- app.procentive.com should appear under the Never Saved section.
- Click the back arrow .
- Click Payment methods.
- Turn off both Save and fill payment methods and Allow sited to check if you have a payment methods saved.
- Click the back arrow .
- Click Addresses and more.
- Turn off Save and fill Addresses.
- Close out of Settings. All changes will save automatically.
